I have no idea what this fountain is called, but i do know it was a gift to the City of ST Augustine by it's sister city, Aviles Spain..the Spanish City is named after the man who founded St Augustine, FL...the fountain was given in 2005 I believe. It is a replica of a fountain in Aviles...
